Website Terms

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of dialnode.net. DialNode is operated by Joel O'Neal, doing business as DialNode.

1. Information only

This website describes our services and shares general information. It is not an offer, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Consulting work is governed only by a written service agreement signed by both parties. If this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

2. Prices and results

Prices shown as "from" are starting points. The fee for your engagement is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Results described on this site come from specific client engagements. They are examples, not promises, and your results will vary with your environment.

3. Not legal or compliance advice

Our articles and recommendations are operational guidance about contact center configuration. They are not legal advice. You remain responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to your calling and messaging, including consent, do-not-call, and abandonment requirements.

4. What not to send us

Please do not send passwords, API keys, call recordings, or customer personal information through the contact form or by email. Access and data are exchanged only after a service agreement is in place, through the dedicated Five9 user you create for us.

5. Ownership

The content, name and logo on this site belong to DialNode. You may link to it. Please ask before copying or republishing it.

6. No warranty; limits

The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: joelo@dialnode.net. See also our Privacy Policy.
