DialNode

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

DialNode ("we," "us") is an independent Five9 consultancy run by Joel O'Neal. This policy explains what information we collect through dialnode.net and during client engagements, and how we use it.

1. Information you send us on this website

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in, your team size, your message, and the language the page was displayed in. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and to manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell your information.

Form submissions are sent to our own automation server and may be stored in the business tools we use to run DialNode, such as email and a customer database.

2. Language

The site shows Spanish or English based on your browser's language setting. If you use the EN / ES buttons, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers it next time. We do not look up your location, and no IP address is sent to a third party for this purpose.

3. Hosting and fonts

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If you choose to book a call, you are taken to Calendly, which handles scheduling under its own privacy policy.

4. Client engagement data

If you become a client, we access your Five9 environment only through the dedicated user you create for us. Performance Audits are read-only. We use the configuration, reporting and call-level data only to deliver the agreed service, and we do not sell it or use it for any other client. Each engagement is covered by a written service agreement with confidentiality terms. During an audit, client data stays in Five9 except what is needed to produce the written report, which presents data in aggregate or anonymized form unless you give written permission. Any locally stored data is deleted within five (5) business days of completing the engagement. You can disable our access at any time.

Clients on ongoing reporting services (dashboards and reports) are the exception to the audit rule above: their Five9 reporting data is stored in our secure database so it can be retained and reported on over time. Audit-only clients' data is not stored there.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, automation and data-processing tools), and when required by law.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email joelo@dialnode.net or use the form at dialnode.net/#contact. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or customer data by either route.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
